摘要
针对变电站、开关站、储能电站等场合的电力故障应急作业需求,设计了一种可灵活扩展的,能够在复杂、危险作业环境下进行遥控巡检和应急作业的电力应急机器人。首先对机器人的作业环境进行深入分析,然后对产品的模块化结构设计和定制化功能设计进行了阐述,并进行了样机功能测试,各项指标均达到设计要求。
Aiming at the requirements of emergency operation in substations, switchyards, energy storage power stations,etc, a robot with inspection and emergency response functions was designed, which can be flexibly expanded and operated in complex and dangerous working environments. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the robot’s operating environment firstly, and then discusses the modular structure design and customized functional design of this product.The various functions of the electric emergency robot was tested and all the technical indexes meet the design requirements.
