气相色谱法测定咸鸭蛋中的甲醇和乙醇

摘要 本文建立了一种简便、快捷地测定咸鸭蛋中甲醇、乙醇的气相色谱方法。用乙腈提取咸鸭蛋中的甲醇和乙醇,用安捷伦HPINNOWAX色谱柱(60 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)分离,用氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果表明,甲醇和乙醇2种成分在5~500μg/mL范围内线性显著,检测限分别为2.0、1.6μg/g。甲醇回收率在94.88%~97.51%之间,乙醇回收率在97.03%~98.03%%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。该方法可行性较强、灵敏度较好、操作简便、适用范围广,对试验基本设备的要求简单,可用于市售咸鸭蛋中甲醇、乙醇含量的检测。 A gas chromatography method for the determination of methanol and ethanol in salted duck eggs was established in this paper.Methanol and ethanol in salted duck eggs were extracted with acetonitrile,separated on an Agilent HP-INNOW AX column(60 mx0.32 mm,0.25 p m),and detected by a hydrogen flame ionization detector.The results showed that the methanol and ethanol were linearly significant in the range of 5-500 μg/mL,and the detection limits were 2.0 and 1.6 p g/g,respectively.The methanol recovery rate was 94.88%-97.51%,the ethanol recovery rate was 97.03%-98.03%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%.This method has strong feasibility,good sensitivity,simple operation,wide application range,and simple requirements for the basic equipment of the experiment.It can be used to detect the methanol and ethanol content in salted duck eggs on the market.
