摘要
为了研究常绿乔木倒吊笔种子发芽特性,于2018年12月采集种子,2019年3月用浓度分别为50、100、150 mg/L的GA3、NAA、IAA处理种子后,观察发芽率;并于2019年6月、7月、8月分别进行常规发芽试验。结果表明,150 mg/L GA3和100 mg/LNAA处理,发芽率分别为81.00%、80.67%,显著高于清水对照(发芽率77.33%),其他各浓度处理发芽率显著低于清水对照;种子开始发芽时间在第5天,于第13天达到峰值。2019年6月、7月、8月常规发芽试验的发芽率分别为95.33%、91.00%、85.33%,显著高于2019年3月植物生长调节剂各处理的种子发芽率,这说明倒吊笔种子可能具有后熟现象。
In order to study the seed germination characteristics of evergreen tree Wrightia pubescens R.Br.,seeds were collected in December of2018 and treated with GA3,NAA and IAA(the concentrations were 50 mg/L,100 mg/L,150 mg/L) in March of 2019.The seed germination rate was observed.Routine germination tests were carried out in June,July and August of 2019.The results showed that the germination rates of 150 mg/L GA3 and100 mg/L NAA treatments were 81.00% and 80.67%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(77.33%).The other treatments were significantly lower than the control.The germination time of seeds began on the fifth day and reached the peak on the thirteenth day.The germin-ation rates of conventional germination test in June,July and August of 2019 were 95.33%,91.00% and 85.33%,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of the seeds treated by plant growth regulators in March of 2019.It indicated that the seeds of Wrightia pubescens R.Br.probably had postripening phenomenon.
