包埋型MOR/EU-1复合分子筛合成及其晶化动力学

Synthesis of Embedded MOR/EU-1 Composite Molecular Sieve and Its Crystallization Kinetics

摘要 在HMBr2-Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2-H2O体系中,以丝光沸石(MOR)分子筛溶胶次级结构单元为前驱体,通过纳米组装法合成了具有包埋结构的MOR/EU-1复合分子筛,并通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和N 2物理吸附-脱附分析(BET)等手段对复合分子筛的物理化学性质进行表征。结果表明:该MOR/EU-1复合分子筛主要是微孔结构的复合材料,形貌为MOR分子筛外表面大部分被不规则状EU-1分子筛均匀覆盖,沿着MOR分子筛呈层状形式生长;EU-1分子筛形貌由椭圆状形貌转变为不规则六方状,包埋在纳米线条MOR分子筛外侧。晶体的晶化成核表观活化能En为83.51 kJ/mol,其表观生长活化能Eg为40.11 kJ/mol。MOR/EU-1复合分子筛用于甲醇芳构化反应,对二甲苯的选择性较高。 In HMBr2-Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2-H2O system,using MOR molecular sieve secondary structural units as precursor,MOR/EU-1 composite molecular sieve with embedded structure was synthesized through the nano-assembly method.The physical and chemical properties of composite zeolites were characterized by meaning of X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and physical adsorption and desorption analysis of N2(BET).Results show that the composite molecular sieve is mainly composed of microporous material,with the morphology of MOR molecular sieve embedded by irregular hexagonal EU-1.The crystallization nucleation activation energy En is 83.51 kJ/mol and the apparent growth activation energy Eg is 40.11 kJ/mol.In methanol aromatization reaction,the selectivity of p-xylene product is much higher.
