摘要
根据吊舱推进器敞水试验,计算定常航行时吊舱最大回转负载转矩,并设计吊舱回转液压系统。采用LMS AMESim软件建立吊舱回转液压系统的仿真模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真工具建立吊舱回转负载仿真模型。联合仿真结果表明:所设计的吊舱回转液压系统能够使吊舱具有良好的回转能力,并具有适应冲击载荷的特性,可为船舶吊舱回转液压系统的设计与优化提供相关参考。
According to the open-water test of azimuth pod propulsion,the maximum steering moment of pod in stationary sailing was calculated and the pod rotary hydraulic system was designed. The model of pod steering load was established by using LMS AMESim and the pod rotary load simulation model was built by using MATLAB/Simulink. The co-simulation results show that the designed rotary hydraulic system can make the pod have good turning ability and adapt to the impact load,which can provide reference for the design and optimization of the pod rotary hydraulic system.
