摘要
介绍了冷冲压工艺的分类,冲裁的基本原理、冲裁件的质量控制要素以及冲压件塌角的产生机理及其优化解决方案。结合实际情况,从理论上分析了引起塌角的几大因素,以及对应的优化改善的措施。从普通冲裁、精密冲裁、多次冲裁、机加工等方面,描述了塌角改善的具体办法,分析了工艺方案的优缺点,提出了采用普通冲压替代精密冲压,有效地解决了设备成本高、模具成本高的问题,确保了冲裁件质量的稳定性。
This paper introduces the classification of cold stamping process,the basic principle of blanking,the quality control elements of blanking,the mechanism of blanking angle and its optimization solution.Based on the actual situation,this paper theoretically analyzes the major factors causing the collapse angle and the corresponding optimization measures.From the general blanking,precision blanking,multiple blanking,machining and other aspects,the paper describes the specific method to improve the collapse angle,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the technological scheme,and proposes the use of general stamping instead of precision stamping,which effectively solves the problem of high equipment cost and high mold cost,and ensures the quality stability of blanking parts.
