摘要
随着金融科技的发展,金融社会化是大势所趋。在社会发展中,金融的社会地位体现在金融业的功能上,金融业功能的变迁,与社会对金融的需求相关。社会就业靠金融推动,社会债权债务关系靠金融维护,社会资本靠金融形成,金融风险靠社会承担。推进金融供给侧结构性改革必须辩证地看待金融与经济的关系。在金融制度建设和安排中,要建立和发展普惠金融;要敬畏市场规律,对实体经济精准扶持;要找准防范化解金融风险的着力点和切入点;要着力加强金融基础制度建设;要提高参与国际金融治理的能力。
With the development of financial technology,the socialization of finance is about to happen.In thedevelopment of the society,the social status of finance is reflected in the functions of the financial industry,whose changes are related to the needs of the society towards finance.The employment of the society relies onfinance to boost,the credit-debit relationship depends on finance to maintain,and the social capital relies onfinance to create.Meanwhile,the financial risks depend on the society to handle.The relationship betweenfinance and economy should be analyzed dialectically when it comes to promoting the supply-side structuralreform of finance.It is necessary to establish and develop inclusive finance,respect the laws of the market andconduct targeted support towards the real economy,locate the focusing point of forestalling and defusingfinancial risks,reinforce the construction of the basic financial system,and elevate the capability of participatingin the international financial governance in the construction and arrangement of the financial system.
