摘要
考虑混凝土强度、碳纤维增强复合材料(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer,CFRP)板黏结长度和界面处理方式等因素进行了36个黏结试件的单剪试验,分析了不同因素影响下试件的破坏模式、极限承载力、黏结应力分布等规律。考虑界面处理方式,给出了内嵌CFRP板与混凝土黏结承载力的表达式。结果表明:在3种处理方式下,大多数试件发生CFRP板与胶体的剥离破坏;随混凝土强度和黏结长度的增大,试件的极限承载力提高;通过分析发现,各组试件的黏结应力都是从加载端向自由端传递直到试件剥离破坏,传递区域的长度大致相同;提出的内嵌CFRP板与混凝土黏结承载力计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
In this paper,36 single shear specimens were made considering concrete strength,bonding length and interface treatment of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer plates,and the failure mode,ultimate load and bonding stress distribution of the specimens were analyzed.Considering the interface treatment,the expression of the bonding strength of near surface mounted Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer plate and concrete was given.The results show that most of the specimens are failed by the debonding of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer plate and adhesive.The ultimate load of specimens increases with the increase of concrete strength and bonding length.Through analyzing,it was found that the bonding stress of each specimen was transferred from the loading end to the free end until the specimen was failed,and the length of the transfer area was roughly same.The calculated ultimate load of NSM Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer plate and concrete is in good agreement with the experimental results.
