摘要
目的观察清热散结、益气滋阴之法治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将80例糖尿病性神经病变的患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组给予清热散结、益气滋阴组方治疗,对照组予依帕司他胶囊50 mg口服,每日三次。观察两组主要临床症状、感觉神经及运动神经的传导速度、糖脂代谢及超敏C反应蛋白以及25-羟维生素D3的变化情况。结果治疗组患者的临床症状改善,空腹血糖和餐后血糖水平、TC、LDL-C、CRP水平降低(P <0.05),与对照组比较,具有统计学差异(P <0.05)。运动神经和感觉神经传导速度不同程度改善,其中正中神经改善更为明显(P <0.01)。同时治疗组的25(OH)D3水平升高,且与对照组比较差异明显(P <0.05)。对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为77.5%、90.0%。结论清热散结、益气滋阴法治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变,可显著改善主要临床症状,能提高感觉神经及运动神经的传导速度、改善糖脂代谢、降低超敏C反应蛋白水平,升高25-羟维生素D3水平,具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective This study was aimed to observe the treatmenteffect of Chinese prescriptions under the principle of Yi Qi Yang Yin and Qing Re San Jie in diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods The 80 diabetic neuropathy patients were randomly divided into treatment group(N = 40) and control group(N = 40). The treatment group was given Yiqi Yangyin and Qingre Sanjie recipes, while the control group was treated with epalrestat capsule(50 mg) orally, three times perday. The main clinical symptoms were sensory nerve and motor nerve conduction speed, glycolipid metabolism,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3. Results The treatment group and the control group could significantly improve the symptoms related to diabetic neuropathy, glycolipid metabolism,meantime decreasedthe level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein, howeve, the treatment group was much better than the control group;Compared with the control group, the treatment group can also significantlyincreased the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3. In additiation,the methods both can significantly improve nerve conduction velocity, whereas no significant difference was observed.Comprehensive evaluation of curative effect, the treatment group showd a better effect in the diabetic neuropathy.Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin and Qingre Sanjie therapy can significantly improve the main clinical symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy It canincrease the conduction speed of sensory and motor nerves, improve glycolipid metabolism and the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and reduce the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein.
