基于分子对接和系统药理学探讨人参汤治疗冠心病的作用机制 被引量:9

Exploring the Mechanism of Renseng Decoction in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Based on Molecular Docking and Systemic Pharmacology

摘要 目的探讨人参汤的功效物质基础和作用机制。方法利用TCMSP平台检索人参汤4味中药人参、甘草,干姜,白术的化学成分和作用靶点,并根据口服生物利用度以及药物相似性对潜在的生物活性成分进行筛选。本研究采用David v6.8数据库对交集靶点进行GO功能富集分析和KEGG通路富集分析。结果共得出126个活性成分,对应81个靶点,与冠心病相关靶点18个,通过GO分析得出85条生物过程(BP,biological process)、10条细胞组分(CC,cellular component)、14条分子功能(MF,molecular function),通过KEGG通路富集得出23条信号通路。结论本研究结果初步分析人参汤防治疾病的分子机制,为进一步深入探讨其作用机制提供先导信息和基础。 Objective To explore the functional material basis and mechanism of Renshen Decoction. Methods The chemical components and targets of Radix Ginseng, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Rhizoma Zingiberis and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae were retrieved by TCMSP platform, and the potential bioactive components were screened according to the oral bioavailability and drug similarity. In this study, David v6.8 database was used to conduct GO functional enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis on intersection targets. Results 126 active components were obtained, corresponding to 81 targets, and 18 targets related to coronary heart disease. Through GO analysis, 89 biological processes(BP, biological process), 10 cellular components(CC, cellular component), and 14 molecular functions(MF, molecular function) were obtained. 23 signaling pathways were obtained by KEGG pathway enrichment.Conclusion The results of this study preliminarily analyzed the molecular mechanism of Renshen Decoction in the prevention and treatment of diseases, so as to provide pilot information and basis for further exploration of its mechanism of action.
