摘要
随着攀钢钒炼铁厂生产规模扩大,翻车机控制系统已不能满足生产要求。文章以1#翻车机为例,介绍其控制系统的改造过程,重点阐述PLC、变频器、液压控制、光电控制等技术的应用。
With the expansion of the production scale of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Vanadium Iron Plant,the control system of the dumper cannot meet the production requirements.Taking 1#dumper as an example,the transformation process of its control system was introduced,focusing on the application of PLC,frequency converter,hydraulic control,photoelectric control and other technologies.
