摘要
介绍了双柳煤矿块煤排矸系统升级改造的必要性,针对双柳煤矿动筛排矸系统矸石带煤率高、精煤损失严重等问题,通过双柳煤矿3+4#原煤的筛分和浮沉试验对煤质进行了分析,对TDS智能干选机、重介浅槽分选机在双柳煤矿块原煤分选的投资和生产成本方面进行了对比;经济效益综合比较结果显示,TDS智能干选机分选工艺更有优势。通过TDS智能干选机分选半工业试验和实际分选效果检测结果表明,TDS智能干选机分选粒级300~50 mm块原煤满足合同指标要求。
This paper introduced the necessity of upgrading the gangue discharge system from lump coal in Shuangliu Coal Mine.In view of the problems such as high rate of coal in the gangue and serious loss of clean coal in the vibrating screen gangue discharge system,the coal quality was analyzed by the tests of screening and flotation of No.3+4#raw coal,and the TDS intelligent dry separator and heavy medium shallow tank separator were contractively analyzed from investment and production cost in lump raw coal separation.The comprehensive comparison results of economic benefit showed advantage of the separation process of TDS intelligent dry separator.Through the semi industrial test of TDS intelligent dry separator separation and the test results of the actual separation effect,it was shown that the separation size range of 300~50 mm of lump raw coal by TDS intelligent dry separator met the requirements of the contract index.
