摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在优化妇科病房"首袋输液"流程中的应用效果。方法采用精细化管理对妇科病房输液治疗班工作流程、输液分配、核对环节进行细化干预,比较精细化管理实施前(2019年1月-3月)和实施后(2019年4月-6月)输液分配总时间、到达病区平均时间段、输液完成平均时间段。结果实施精细化管理后,病区输液分配效率提升,首袋输液的完成时间段较实施前提前。结论精细化管理能够优化妇科病房"首袋输液"流程,提高"首袋输液"效率。
Objective To evaluate the delicacy management to optimize the process of transfusion in the gynecological clinic. Methods The delicacy management was adopted to optimize the work schedule, distribution of transfusion liquid and transfusion-checking process. The time spent on distribution of transfusion liquid, time interval of sending transfusion liquid to the clinical ward and time interval of completing transfusion were measured before implementation of delicacy management(January to March, 2019) and after implementation of delicacy management(April to June, 2019). Results There was an increase in efficacy of distributing transfusion liquid after implementation of delicacy management. The time interval of completing the first transfusion after implementation of delicacy management was ahead of that before implementation of delicacy management. Conclusion The delicacy management is effective to optimize the process and efficacy of transfusion in the gynecological clinic.
