摘要
目的探讨新生儿输血核查表在提升新生儿输血护理质量中的应用效果。方法根据《临床输血技术规范》和《输血查对制度》,设计新生儿输血核查表并应用于新生儿临床输血。选取应用输血核查表之前(2018年7月-12月)新生儿输血446例次作为对照组,应用输血核查表之后(2019年1月-6月)的新生儿输血600例次作为观察组。比较应用前后2组输血前15 min巡视率、双签名完成率、输血信息记录完整率、输血不良事件发生情况。结果观察组输血前15 min巡视率、双签名完成率、输血信息记录完整率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组输血不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用新生儿输血核查表可提高新生儿科护士输血流程执行的准确性及新生儿输血护理质量,保障输血安全。
Objective To explore the application effect of blood transfusion checklist in improving the quality of nursing care in neonatal blood transfusion. Methods A checklist was designed according to the technical specification and checking system of clinical blood transfusion. Totally 446 times of blood transfusion administrated before application of the checklist(July to December, 2018) were included as the control group, and 600 times of blood transfusion administrated after application of the checklist(January to June, 2019) were included as the observation group. The implementation rate of the inspection 15 min before transfusion, completion rate of double-signature, complete rate of transfusion information recording, incidence of adverse events in blood transfusion were compared between the two groups. Results The implementation rate of the inspection 15 min before transfusion, completion rate of double signature, complete rate of transfusion information recording were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). The incidence of adverse events in experimental group was lower than that in control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of blood transfusion checklist can improve the quality of nursing care in neonatal blood transfusion and ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
