摘要
目的探讨罗伊适应模式在青少年抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果。方法 120例青少年抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各60例。2组青少年患者均给予抗抑郁药治疗,治疗期间对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施基于罗伊适应模式的综合护理干预。在入院时和干预4周末对2组患者采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、自杀态度问卷(QSA)、认知情绪调节问卷中文版(CERQ-C)、生活质量综合问卷(GQOLI-74)进行评定。结果干预4周后,研究组HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。QSA调查结果显示,研究组对自杀行为性质的认识和对自杀者、自杀者家属及安乐死的态度的评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组CERQ-C量表中适应性策略评分高于对照组(P<0.01),不适应策略评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组GQOL1-74量表各因子评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论运用罗伊适应模式对青少年抑郁症患者进行护理干预,能够缓解抑郁情绪和自杀意念,提高认知情绪调节和生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of Roy adaption model in the nursing of adolescent patients with depression. Methods Totally 60 adolescent patients with depression were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. All patients received administration of antidepressant drugs. Patients in the control group received routine care during treatment, and those in the study were given comprehensive nursing based on Roy adaption model. At the hospital admission and 4 weeks after intervention, all adolescent patients were investigated by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), Questionnaire of Suicide Attitude(QSA), Chinese version of the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(CERQ-C) and Generic Quality of Life Inventor-74(GQOLI-74). Results At four weeks after intervention, the HAMD score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01). Compared with the control group, Study group had higher scores in assessment of attitude towards suicidal behavior, people who commit suicide, family members of people who commit suicide and euthanasia(P<0.01). Patients in the study group achieved higher factor scores of adapting strategy and lower factor scores of maladaptive strategy compared those in the control group(P<0.01). The factor scores of GQOLI-74 in the study were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing based on Roy adaption model can alleviate the depression and suicidal ideation of adolescent patients with depression, enhance cognitive emotional regulation and improve patients’ quality of life.
