摘要
目的探究雷火灸对气虚血瘀型冠心病患者的干预效果。方法选取2018年3月-2019年7月住院的126例气虚血瘀型冠心病患者,按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,各63例。对照组患者接受心内科常规治疗及护理,采用艾灸干预。干预组患者接受心内科常规治疗及护理,采用雷火灸干预。4个疗程后观察疗效。结果干预4个疗程后,干预组患者的胸痛发作频次、胸痛持续时间及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预4个疗程后,干预组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总分及各维度得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预4个疗程后,干预组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸可改善气虚血瘀型冠心病患者胸痛和临床症状,提高患者睡眠质量,对疾病的发展和预后具有良好作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion for patients with coronary heart disease of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome. Methods Totally 126 patients with coronary heart disease of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, with 63 cases in each group. All patients received comprehensive treatment and nursing. The normal moxibustion was applied in the control group while a thunder-fire moxibustion were applied in the observation group. The efficacy of interventions was evaluated after a four-course treatment. Results After a four-course treatment, the frequency of chest pain, duration of chest pain and Visual Analogue Score(VAS) for pain were lower in the intervention group than those in the control group(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy rate of interventions was higher in the intervention group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Patients in the intervention group achieved lower Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and factors scores compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Patients were more satisfaction with nursing service in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The thunder-fire moxibustion is potentially effective to relieve the symptoms of coronary heart disease of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome, and improve the sleep quality of patients as well as disease prognosis.
