摘要
Master-apprentice system is a main mode of talent cultivation for Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). To vigorously push forward inheritance and innovation of TCM nursing, Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine carried out TCM nursing inheritance work in 2016, establishing 3 studios and 1 workstation. In this paper, we summarized constructional methods and achievements in TCM nursing inheritance studios and workstation, raised issues during working, and thought about how to work in the next stage, in hoping to lay a good foundation for carrying out in-depth work about TCM nursing inheritance.
