摘要
抗苗勒管激素又被称为苗勒管抑制物,对于女性的生理及病理均存在重要影响,是一种具有稳定性的标记物,与其他生物物理、生化标记物相比较,抗苗勒管激素在女性的卵巢功能评估中存在重要影响,可有效测量卵巢早衰,对于绝经时间同样具有预测效果。本文主要综述抗苗勒管激素对女性生理、病理影响,对于深入认识抗苗勒管激素指标对女性生理病理影响具有重要指导意义。
Anti-Mullerian hormone, also known as Mullerian tube inhibitor, has an important impact on women’s physiology and pathology, and is a stable marker. Compared with other biophysical and biochemical markers, anti Mullerian hormone has an important impact on women’s ovarian function evaluation, which can effectively measure premature ovarian failure, and also has a predictive effect on menopause time. This paper mainly reviews the influence of AMH on female physiology and pathology, which is of great significance for further understanding the influence of AMH on female physiology and pathology.
