顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定(R,R)-酒石酸福莫特罗中有机溶剂残留量

Determination of residual organic solvents in (R,R)-Arformoterol tartrate by headspace capillary gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立顶空毛细管气相色谱法检测(R,R)⁃酒石酸福莫特罗中7种有机溶剂残留量的方法。方法采用外标法分流毛细管气相色谱法,测定(R,R)⁃酒石酸福模特罗原料中甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、四氢呋喃、甲苯的残留量。检测器为FID检测器,色谱柱为HP⁃5毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),程序升温,载气为氮气,进样口和检测器温度分别为200℃,为250℃。结果7种有机溶剂完全分离,仪器自身潜在干扰峰不影响7种有机溶剂的检测,在所考察范围内线性关系均十分良好,加样回收率在99.7%~105.7%。结论本实验建立的方法灵敏、准确、快捷,完全适用于(R,R)⁃酒石酸福莫特罗原料中有机溶剂残留量的检测。 Objective To establish a method for the analysis of seven kinds of residual organic solvents in(R,R)⁃Arformoterol tartrate by headspace capillary gas chromatography.Methods To determinate the residue of methanol,ethanol,isopropanol,dichloromethane,ethyl acetate,tetrahydrofuran and toluene in(R,R)⁃Arformoterol tartrate.The method adopted capillary gas chromatogra⁃phy,HP⁃5 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm).The column temperature was programmed,nitrogen gas was used as carrier gas and FID as detector,The injection temperature and detector temperature were controlled at 200℃ and 250℃ respectively.Results The seven organic solvents were completely separated.The potential interference peak of the instrument did not affect the detection of the seven organic solvents.The linear relationship was very good within the investigated range,and the recovery rate of the samples was 99.7⁃105.7%.Conclusion The method in this experiment is sensitive,accurate,fast,fully applicable to determinate the residual organic solvents in(R,R)⁃Arformoterol tartrate.
