摘要
分析蒙药乌兰三味汤散的质量标准。通过查阅文献、资料等,对蒙药乌兰三味汤散的主要处方、制法、形状、质检以及功能主治方面进行分析。蒙药乌兰三味汤散主治清血热,可用于患者肺部、肾脏损伤性热,肺热咳嗽、血痰、尿频尿痛等症状,主要成分为紫草茸、茜草以及枇杷叶等。通过对乌兰三味汤散中大叶茜草素含量的质量检查,可对药物质量进行把控。蒙药乌兰三味汤散,主治清血热,对于肺、肾损伤性热有较好疗效,通过对药物成分大叶茜草素含量进行质检,可保证药品质量。但在今后的研究中仍需不断探索,以此规范蒙药乌兰三味汤散的质量,以此获得更高的治疗效果。
To analyze the quality standard of Mongolian medicine Wulan Sanwei Decoction Powder.By consulting literature and data,the main prescriptions,preparation,shape,quality control and function of Mongolian medicine Wulan Sanwei Decoction Powder were analyzed.Mongolian medicine Wulan Sanwei Decoction Powder is mainly used for clearing blood heat,which can be used for lung and kidney injury fever,lung fever cough,blood phlegm,frequent urinary pain and other symptoms.Its main components are Arnebia,Rubia and Loquat leaves.The quality of rubimaillin in Wulan Sanwei Decoction Powder can be controlled by quality inspection.Mongolian medicine Wulan Sanwei Decoction Powder is mainly used for clearing blood-heat.It has better curative effect on lung and kidney damaging fever.The quality of medicines can be guaranteed by quality control of the content of rubimaillin.But in the future research,we still need to continue to explore,in order to standardize the quality of Mongolian medicine Wulan Sanwei Decoction Powder,in order to obtain higher therapeutic effect.
