摘要
目的针对黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效进行研究分析。方法选取60例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者,给予观察组患者黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷疗法进行治疗,给予对照组患者西医常规治疗方式进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床效果以及中医症状评分差异。结果对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比,观察组患者的临床治疗效果显著高于对照组患者,P<0.05;对两组患者治疗前后的中医症状积分进行对比,经过治疗后,观察组患者的中医症状积分显著优于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论采用黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎有着更好的疗效,能够更好的改善患者的病情。
Objective To study and analyze the curative effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic gastritis of Spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type.Methods Sixty patients with chronic gastritis of Spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type were selected and treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group,and conventional western medicine treatment in the control group.The clinical effects and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.The clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group P<0.05.The TCM symptom score of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group P<0.05.Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine has better curative effect on chronic gastritis of Spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type,and can better improve the patient’s condition.
