摘要
目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的效果。方法选取106例轮状病毒性肠炎患者进行研究,分为参照组和研究组两组,参照组实施蒙脱石散治疗,研究组实施布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗,对两组患者的退热时间、腹痛及呕吐消失时间、止泻时间、大便恢复时间、不良反应发生率及临床治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果研究组治疗有效率显著比参照组高(P<0.05);研究组退热时间、腹痛及呕吐消失时间、止泻时间、大便恢复时间明显比参照组短(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异不显著(P>0.05),均无严重不良反应发生。结论布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗轮状病毒性肠炎效果较佳,可使患者临床症状得到有效改善,并且治疗后患者不良反应发生率较低,值得进行临床应用和推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of saccharomyces boulardii sachets combined with montmorillonite powder on rotavirus enteritis.Methods A total of 106 patients with rotavirus enteritis admitted to our hospital were enrolled,they were divided into two groups:reference group and study group.The reference group was used to implement montmorillonite powder.The study group carried out saccharomyces boulardii sachets combined with montmorillonite powder treatment,the antipyretic time,the disappearance time of abdominal pain and vomiting,the antidiarrheal time,the recovery time of stool,the incidence of adverse reactions and the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The time of fever abatement,abdominal pain and vomiting disappearance,diarrhea relief and stool recovery in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05),and no serious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii sachets combined with montmorillonite powder is effective in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment is low,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
