摘要
目的探讨给予面神经炎患者心理干预对其负性情绪的影响。方法选取62例2018年5月至2019年5月在本院诊治的面神经炎患者分为两组,给予对照组(n=31)常规护理,观察组(n=31)在常规护理基础上再加强心理护理干预,观察两组患者负面情绪改善情况。结果护理干预后HAMA评分、HAMD评分分别为(12.95±1.04)分、(16.74±1.17)分,显著低于对照组的(16.46±1.63)分、(22.26±1.73)分(P<0.05)。结论加强给予面神经炎患者心理护理,可帮助患者有效缓解焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,改善其心理状态。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on negative emotions of patients with facial neuritis.Methods 62 patients with facial neuritis treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups.The control group(n=31)was given routine nursing,while the observation group(n=31)was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and the improvement of negative emotions in the two groups was observed.Results After nursing intervention,HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were(12.95±1.04)and(16.74±1.17),which were significantly lower than those of the control group,(16.46±1.63)and(22.26±1.73)(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening psychological nursing for patients with facial neuritis can help them alleviate anxiety,depression and other negative emotions effectively and improve their psychological state.
