摘要
目的探讨以家庭为中心的儿科护理在小儿川崎病护理中的应用效果评价。方法所有参与研究的患者,均为2018年8月至2019年7月入住我院科室的小儿川崎病疾病患者,研究人员根据入组以及排除标准,选取72例患者,遵循随机、合理、科学的分组方式,将72例患者分为各有36例的对照组以及研究组,对照组患者,研究人员对其实施常规护理,研究组患者,研究人员对其实施以家庭为中心的儿科护理,在不同的护理方法下,以退热时间、住院时长、SAS评分、SDS评分、生活质量评分、家属满意度观察指标来评估患者的临床护理效果。结果护理前,研究组与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,SAS评分、SDS评分,研究组低于对照组,生活质量评分,研究组高于对照组;对比两组患者的退热时间、住院时长,研究组低于对照组,家属满意度,研究组高于对照组,两组患者的组间数据对比,表明本次研究具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿川崎病护理中采取该以家庭为中心的儿科护理,能有效的改善患者的心理健康程度,改善患者的配合度,进而提升患者的生活质量,促进疾病的好转,缩短患者住院治疗时间,减轻患者的家庭经济负担,研究结果证实了值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective To explore the application effect evaluation of family-centered pediatric nursing in pediatric kawasaki disease nursing.Methods All of the patients involved in the research,both for the August 2018-July 2019 in our department of the pediatric kawasaki disease patients,researchers according to the group,and exclusion criteria,selection of 72 patients,following the random,reasonable and scientific grouping,72 patients were divided into each have 36 cases of control group and research group,control group patients,the researchers on the routine nursing,group of patients,the researchers for family as the center of pediatric nursing,to actually under the different methods of nursing.To evaluate the clinical nursing effect of patients with antipyretic time,length of stay in hospital,SAS score,SDS score,quality of life score and family satisfaction.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the research group and the control group(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS score and SDS score were lower in the study group than in the control group,and life quality score was higher in the study group than in the control group.Compared with the two groups of patients,the duration of antipyretic and length of hospitalization were lower in the research group than in the control group,and the satisfaction of family members was higher in the research group than in the control group.The comparison of data between the two groups of patients showed that this study had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing in children with kawasaki disease take the familycentered pediatric nursing,can effectively improve the patient’s psychological health level,improving the degree of the patients,and improve the quality of life of patients,promote the improvement of the disease,shorten hospitalization time patients,reduce the family economic burden of patients,the results confirmed that is worth popularization in clinical.
