摘要
目的探讨曲美他嗪片治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法选择门诊64例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为两组。治疗组34例,在口服单硝酸异山梨酯基础上加服曲美他嗪片20mg,日3次口服;对照组30例,口服单硝酸异山梨酯。两组患者均给予治疗12周,观察心绞痛临床缓解情况及心电图改善情况。结果曲美他嗪片缓解心绞痛症状和心电图改善总有效率分别为88.24%、82.35%,对照组总有效率分别为60.00%、56.67%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪片对改善冠心病病情有一定疗效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of trimetazidine tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 64 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.34 patients in the treatment group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate and trimetazidine tablets 20 mg,3 times a day,while 30 patients in the control group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate.The patients in both groups were treated for 12 weeks to observe the clinical remission of angina pectoris and the improvement of ECG.Results The total effective rates of trimetazidine tablets in relieving angina pectoris symptom and improving ECG were 88.24%and 82.35%respectively,and the total effective rates in control group were 60.00%and56.67%respectively.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine tablets are effective in improving coronary heart disease.
