受火状态下新型装配式组合节点温度场有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 为准确研究梁端内插H型钢的先张预应力预制混凝土梁-外包混凝土的钢管混凝土柱框架连接节点受火状态下的性能退化,进行受火状态下温度场有限元模拟研究。通过选取合理的混凝土和钢材物理及热工性能参数,基于有限元软件ABAQUS,根据传热学瞬态热传导基本微分方程,建立温度场有限元模型。通过对比已有试验结果,验证所建模型的准确性。研究结果表明,新型装配式组合节点受火时间及连接钢接头对构件温度场的分布具有较大影响,受火时间越长,最高温度越高,但温度上升逐渐缓慢;钢接头的存在使节点区温度场重分布。 To accurately study the performance degradation of the pre-tensioned prestressed precast concrete beam-encased CFST column frame joints at the end of the beam under fire,a finite element simulation of the temperature field under fire was performed. By selecting reasonable physical and thermal performance parameters of concrete and steel,based on the finite element software ABAQUS,and based on the basic differential equation of transient heat conduction in heat transfer,a finite element model of the temperature field is established. The research results show that the accuracy of the model is verified by comparing with the existing test results;the fire time of the new assembled joint and the connection of the steel joints have a greater impact on the distribution of the temperature field of the component. However,the temperature rise is gradually slow. The presence of steel joints redistributes the temperature field in the joint zone.
