摘要
目的:探究泻白散加减治疗小儿支原体肺炎(MPP)后久咳的临床效果。方法:2016年2月-2018年3月收治MPP后久咳患儿76例,平均分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用泻白散加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,体温正常、咳嗽及肺部啰音消失时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿MPP后久咳采用泻白散加减治疗效果良好,能明显提高治疗总有效率,改善临床症状,有利于机体恢复。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified xiebai powder in the treatment of chronic cough after mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:76 children with chronic cough after mycoplasma pneumonia were selected from February 2016 to March 2018,they were divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with routine therapy and the observation group was treated with modified xiebai powder.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the recovery time of body temperature,the disappearance time of cough and lung rale in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of modified xiebai powder on cough after mycoplasma pneumoniae in children is good,which can obviously improve the therapeutic efficiency,improve the clinical symptoms,and help the recovery of the body.
