摘要
高职药学专业旨在为社会培养一批高级应用型技能人才,从而实现以药学服务为核心的工作模式。药学专业是药学与医学之间的桥梁和纽带,在疾病的临床治疗当中,起着举足轻重的作用。为临床医生提供最尖端的药物信息,为患者提供最全面的药学服务,指导患者合理用药。伴随着医药学领域的不断发展,传统的教学授课模式已不能满足社会对实用型人才的需求。针对教学过程中出现的一些问题,结合当今社会企业行业对药学人才的需求方向,不断思考,敢于创新,敢于将新的思路和方法运用到教学当中,提高学生学习能力和思考能力,并能将理论知识运用到实践当中,提升了学生的专业成就感,同时自己也获得了职业幸福感。
The purpose of pharmaceutical specialty in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate a group of high-level applied talents for the society.So as to realize the working mode with pharmaceutical service as the core.Pharmacy is the bridge and link between pharmacy and medicine.It plays an important role in the clinical treatment of diseases.It provides the most advanced drug information to clinicians.Besides,it provides the most comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients and guides patients to use drugs rationally.With the continuous development of the field of medicine,the traditional teaching mode can not meet the needs of the society for practical talents.In view of some problems in the teaching process,combined with the demand direction of pharmaceutical talents in today’s social enterprises and industries,we constantly think,dare to innovate,dare to apply new ideas and methods to teaching.It can improve students’ learning ability and thinking ability,and can apply theoretical knowledge to practice,improve students’ sense of professional achievement.At the same time,we can gain professional sense of happiness.
