摘要
为了研究Q3假人在正面碰撞试验中胸部加速度曲线存在异常尖峰的原因,对假人胸部结构进行了探讨,并开展了静态试验研究,同时,运用头部和颈部数据间的关联性对某次典型试验结果进行了综合分析,研究结果表明,当前Q3假人胸部上端阶梯式结构为设计缺陷,假人下颌与胸部上端碰撞时,胸部加速度曲线易产生异常尖峰,影响评价,应参照Q6假人胸部结构进行完善。
To investigate the cause of abnormal peak of the Q3 dummy’s chest acceleration curve in frontal crash test, the structure of Q3 dummy’s chest and conduct static test study is discussed, meanwhile, with synthesis a typical test result is analyzed based on the relation between the head data and the neck data. The results show the ladder structure of the Q3 dummy’s upper chest is a design defect and the chest acceleration curve easy produces abnormal peak when the chin impacts with the upper chest that will affect assessment, the defect should be perfected referring to Q6 dummy’s chest structure.
