分段持久曲线法在ARL光谱仪检测中的应用

摘要 详细介绍了在ARL光谱仪上建立分段持久曲线的方法。结合河钢宣钢的产品特点,把工作曲线分成低合金钢、普碳钢、焊丝钢、高碳钢4大类,20多项元素的分段持久曲线,取代传统的“控制试样分析法”。经过标准样和生产试样验证,分段持久曲线可以在工作曲线上直接准确检测,实现分析数据一次性报出分析结果的功能,可以满足生产需要,具有很好的推广价值。 This paper introduces the method of establishing segmented persistent curve in ARL spectrometer.Combined with the product characteristics of Xuansteel,the working curve is divided into four categories:low alloy steel,plain carbon steel,welding wire steel and high carbon steel.The segmented persistent curve of more than 20 elements replaces the traditional"control sample analysis method".Through the verification of standard samples and production samples,the segmented persistent curve can be directly and accurately detected on the working curve,and the function of reporting analysis results of the related data in one time can be realized,which can meet the production needs and has a good promotion value.
