摘要
针对20CrMnTiH齿轮钢冶炼过程中钛的吸收率与目标偏差较大的问题,对影响钛元素吸收的工艺环节进行了分析和优化。通过提高转炉终点的碳含量至0.08%~0.10%,控制出钢温度在1650℃左右,使用周转红包冶炼,稳定VD炉温度基础上保真空时间控制在11~12 min等措施,实现了对钛元素的稳定控制,成品钢中钛元素吸收率明显提高。
In view of the large deviation between the titanium absorption rate and the target during the smelting process of 20CrMnTiH gear steel,the technological process affecting the titanium absorption was analyzed and optimized.By increasing the carbon content of converter end-point to 0.08%~0.10%,controlling the tapping temperature about 1650℃,using turnover red ladle smelting,stabilizing the temperature of VD furnace and keeping the vacuum time to 11~12 min,the stable control of titanium element is realized,and the absorption rate of titanium element in finished steel is obviously increased.
