摘要
针对酒钢CSP生产的IF钢冷轧板沿轧制方向出现的起皮缺陷开展了工业试验研究。研究结果发现,缺陷处存在含有K、Na元素的大型夹杂物;大样电解试验所得>300μm的大型夹杂物在铸坯内弧表面、距离内弧侧1/4处和铸坯中心位置的平均含量分别1.57 mg·10 kg^-1、0.5 mg·10 kg^-1和0.06 mg·10 kg^-1;对电解后的大型夹杂物进行成分分析后,发现铸坯中>300μm的夹杂物绝大部分含有K和Na元素,其主要成分为Al 2O 3和CaO,进一步验证了结晶器卷渣是引起IF钢冷轧板表面起皮的重要原因。通过降低结晶器液面波动和提高结晶器保护渣粘度,有效降低了起皮缺陷的发生率。
In view of the peeling defects along the rolling direction of IF steel cold rolled plate produced by Jiusteel CSP,the industrial test and research were carried out.The results show that there are large inclusions containing K and Na element in the defects,and the average content of large inclusions>300μm on the surface of the inner arc,1/4 from the inner arc side and the slab center are 1.57 mg·10 kg^-1,0.5 mg·10 kg^-1 and 0.06 mg·10 kg^-1,respectively.After the composition analysis of the large inclusions after electrolysis,it is found that most of the inclusions>300um in the slab contain K and Na element,the main components of are Al 2O 3 and CaO.And it is further verified that the mould slag is the important cause of the surface peeling of IF steel cold rolling plate.By reducing the fluctuation of mould liquid level and increasing the viscosity of mould flux,the occurrence rate of peeling defects is effectively reduced.
