观察重组人生长激素治疗特发性矮小症儿童的临床疗效及对胰岛素样生长因子的影响被引量：13

摘要目的:观察在特发性矮小症儿童治疗中重组人生长激素的临床治疗效果及对胰岛素样生长因子所产生的影响。方法:选取2018年2月份~2019年2月份在本院进行特发性矮小症治疗的患儿,共98例,按照奇偶数字分组法,将抽到奇数的患儿分到对照组,将抽到偶数的患儿分到观察组,每组患儿各49例,对照组行常规治疗法,观察组行重组人生长激素治疗方法。结果:治疗后,观察组各项参数均优于对照组,BA无统计学差异,GV(生长速度)、PAH(预测成年身高)、Ht-SDSBA(身高标准差分值)、Ht-SDSca(身高标准差积分)之间差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组各项胰岛素生长因子水平均较对照组高,不良反应发生率观察组较对照组高,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:在特发性矮小症儿童疾病治疗中采用重组人生长激素治疗法,是一种安全有效的治疗方法,胰岛素样生长因子水平提升,身高改善显著。
