摘要
凝溶胶蛋白(gelsolin,GSN)是一种多功能的细胞结构和代谢调节因子,具有调节肌动蛋白丝切断、封端和成核的作用。最近的研究数据显示,凝溶胶蛋白可通过调控细胞内信号传导和细胞运动性影响肿瘤的发生和迁移,并含有肿瘤启动子或抑制因子的双重功能。全文就凝溶胶蛋白的结构、功能及其对肿瘤的双向影响和应用前景的研究进展予以综述。
Gelsolin is a multifunctional regulator of cell structure and metabolism,which can sever,cap,and nucleate actin filaments. Recent data show that gelsolin can affect the occurrence and migration of tumors through its regulation of intracellular signaling and cell motility,and has the dual function of tumor promoter or inhibitor. The recent progresses in the study of the structure and function of gelsolin were summarized,and the two-way effects on tumors and future prospects were also discussed.
