摘要
为了解我国近年水禽主要流行的基因Ⅶ型新城疫病毒的生物学特性和免疫原性,通过攻毒试验和免疫保护试验测定了1株本实验室分离保存的番鸭源基因Ⅶ型新城疫病毒MDK/FS-SS/E/2007的致病指数、雏番鸭致病性和免疫保护性等特征。致病指数评价结果显示,该毒株符合新城疫病毒强毒株标准。雏鸭致病试验结果显示,攻毒组动物均出现沉郁、瘫痪和扭颈等神经症状,剖检可见脑部充血、出血,胰腺、脾脏和肝脏等器官出现变性坏死等典型新城疫临床特征。免疫保护试验结果显示,以该毒株制备的油乳灭活疫苗对雏番鸭进行3次免疫,免疫后42 d血清HI抗体几何平均滴度水平可达1∶238.9,能为番鸭提供有效保护。研究结果为水禽新城疫诊断与免疫防控研究提供了参考资料。
To understand the changes of biological characteristics and immunogenicity of waterfowl Newcastle disease caused by genotype Ⅶ Newcastle disease virus(NDV), the biological characteristics and immunogenicity of a Muscovy duck source NDV strain, MDK/FS-SS/E/2007, was evaluated. The results of pathogenicity index indicated that this strain should be considered as a high pathogenic strain. Some classic Newcastle disease symptoms, such as mental depression,paralysis and twisting neck and other neurological symptoms were observed in the challenged ducklings, the antopsy of which showed that congestion and hemorrhage was in brain, there were degeneration and necrosis in pancreas, spleen and liver. The results of immune protection test showed that MDK/FS-SS/E/2007 could elite serum HI antibody GMT up to 1∶238.9 at 42 days post immunization, which suggested that the strain could serve as a Newcastle disease vaccine candidate and provide sufficient protection against NDV infection in ducklings.
