摘要
目的研究PDCA循环式护理应用于乳腺癌患者术后化疗护理的效果。方法选择医院2017年1月—2018年12月间收治所有乳腺癌术后化疗患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,并从中抽取出106例患者进行试验。实验组、对照组患者的分组依据为随机分组方案,设置每一组数据为53例。对两组患者实施不同的护理管理方式,对照组患者为常规护理,实验组实施PDCA循环式护理。对两组患者的护理满意度以及护理人员的护理质量进行比较,分析两种管理方式的有效性。结果本次研究成果显示,实验组患者的护理满意度为92.45%,实验组患者的护理质量与对照组相比更高,有差异性(P<0.05)。结论将PDCA循环式护理在乳腺癌患者中展开应用,有助于提高患者的护理满意度,同时护理质量也能显著改善,建立良好的护患关系,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of PDCA circular nursing on postoperative chemotherapy nursing of breast cancer patients.Methods The clinical data of all breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and 106 patients were selected for the experiment.The grouping of the experimental group and the control group was based on the randomization scheme,and each group was set as 53 cases.Two groups of patients to implement different nursing management,the control group of patients for routine nursing,the experimental group of PDCA circular nursing.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients and the quality of nursing staff were compared to analyze the effectiveness of the two management methods.Results The results of this study showed that the nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 92.45%higher,and the nursing quality score of patients in the experimental group was higher,which was different from that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA circulating nursing in breast cancer patients is helpful to improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,and the quality of nursing can also be significantly improved to establish a good nurse-patient relationship,which has a high application value.
