高铁箱梁预制场建设中的几点思考 被引量:2

摘要 目前我国正处在高铁建设的高潮阶段,高铁建设成套技术处于世界先进水平,高铁建设中大量采用的32 m,24 m整孔箱梁在高铁建设中得到了广泛的应用。制梁场建设对工期、质量、成本有着重要的影响。通过鲁南高铁济宁制梁场的工程实例对梁场建设中场址的选定,制、存梁台座数量及基础处理方式的选定,制梁工装的选用等方面进行论述,指出梁场建设中应着重考虑的问题,以便提升梁场建设水平,对于同类工程施工提供一定的借鉴经验。 At present,China is at the climax stage of high-speed railway construction,and the complete set of high-speed railway construction technology is at the advanced level in the world. The 32 meter and 24 meter full hole box girders widely used in highspeed railway construction have been widely used. The construction of beam yard has an important influence on the construction period,quality and cost. This paper discusses the site selection,the number of beam making and storage stands,the selection of foundation treatment methods,the selection of beam making equipment and other aspects through the engineering examples of Jining beam making field of Lunan high speed railway,and points out the problems that should be considered in the construction of beam field,so as to improve the construction level of beam field and provide certain reference experience for the construction of similar projects.
