摘要
通过移动闪光接触焊钢轨对位对钢轨焊头平直度控制的影响分析,从焊机对位过程中钢轨垫高及顺坡设置、钢轨预留上拱度、钢轨错位控制三方面提出了施工建议,保证钢轨对位准确,形成良好的焊头初始平直度。
Through the analysis of the influence of moving flash contact welding rail alignment on the straightness control of rail welding head,the construction suggestions is the three aspects: the setting of steel rail pad height and slope,the reserved camber of rail and the control of rail dislocation in the process of welding machine alignment. The suggestion ensure the accuracy of rail alignment and form a good initial straightness of welding head.
