摘要
目的分析中职护理专业不同层次班级学生的课堂参与度与学业自我效能感的关系,为提高中职护理教育和学习效率提供参考。方法采用学业自我效能感问卷和课堂参与情况问卷对中职护理专业144名学生进行测试。结果中职护生学业自我效能感和课堂参与度之间存在显著的正相关:基本能力感Pearson相关系数介于0.255~0.386之间,P<0.01;控制感Pearson相关系数介于0.350~0.558之间,P<0.01。在不同层次班级学生之间差异无统计学意义,但在情感参与维度上差异具有统计学意义。结论学业自我效能感是对课堂参与度积极性增强和提高学业成效的有效通道,可为提升护理职业素养与专业技能奠定基础。
Objective To analyze the relationship between class participation and academic self-efficacy of diffe-rent level students majoring in secondary vocational nursing,and to provide suggestions for improving nursing education and learning efficiency in secondary vocational schools.Methods A total of 144 students in the secondary vocational nursing school were tested by the Academic Self-Efficacy Questionnaire and the Class Participation Questionnaire.Results There was a significant positive correlation between the academic self-efficacy and the class participation of the secondary vocational nursing students(the Pearson correlation coefficient:0.255~0.386,P<0.01;the Pearson correlation coefficient of the sense of control:0.350~0.558,P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the students of different levels.However,there were significant differences in the emotional participation dimension.Conclusion Academic self-efficacy is an effective channel for enhancing the enthusiasm of classroom parti-cipation and improving academic effectiveness,laying the foundation for improving nursing professionalism and professional skills.
