摘要
湿花生果收获后若不及时进行干燥,极易出现发热霉变现象,因此花生干燥是花生生产链条的非常重要一环。我国花生干燥目前采用的方法主要为自然晾晒和热风干燥,但是自然晾晒受天气影响且需要大面积的晒场,热风干燥耗能高、设备投资大、干燥后花生品质难以保证。本文针对这两种方法的缺点,提出了一种常温通风干燥湿花生果的方法,并将自然晾晒、热风干燥、常温通风干燥3种干燥方式进行了比较,以期为实际生产提供参考。实验结果表明:常温通风干燥时间在阴雨天气条件下也能有效降低湿花生果水分;在通风过程中花生果无发热霉变现象,保证了花生果的质量;这种通风干燥方式设备投资低、操作简便,干燥完成后设备还可兼用于花生果储藏。
If the peanuts with high moisture contents were not dried in time after harvest, it would be easy to fever and mildew. Therefore, peanut drying is a very important part of the peanut production. At present, the main methods of peanut drying in China were drying under the sunshine and hot air drying. Nevertheless, it was affected by the weather and needed a large area of field drying under the sunshine by the method of drying under the sunshine. And it was consumed a lot of energy and invested a lot by the method of hot air drying. In view of the shortcomings of these two methods, a method of mechanical ventilation at room temperature was proposed, and the comparison of three drying methods, drying under the sunshine, hot air drying and mechanical ventilation drying at room temperature, thus providing reference for practical production. The results showed that the mechanical ventilation at room temperature can also effectively reduce the moisture content of peanut even under continuous rainy conditions;there was no fever and mildew in the process of ventilation, which ensured the quality of peanut;this ventilation drying method need low investment in equipment, simple operation. Besides, the equipment can also be used for peanut storage after drying.
