摘要
目的:探讨氦氖激光穴位照射治疗小儿慢性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:研究对象为本院2018年5月~2019年10月接收的52例小儿慢性肺炎患儿,所有患儿均经过临床检查确诊。应用SPSS20.0软件将其随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组患儿应用头孢拉定静脉滴注进行治疗,研究组患儿在头孢拉定治疗的基础上应用氦氖激光穴位照射进行治疗,对比两组患儿治疗前后的外周血白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白水平以及X胸片病灶阴影直径变化情况。结果:治疗前两组患儿的外周血白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白水平以及X胸片病灶阴影直径差异均不显著(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患儿的外周血白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白水平以及X胸片病灶阴影直径均优于对照组患儿,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿慢性肺炎患儿应用氦氖激光穴位照射治疗有助于改善治疗效果,效果显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of He Ne laser acupoint irradiation on children with chronic pneumonia.Methods:52 children with chronic pneumonia received by our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were studied.All the children were confirmed by clinical examination.Spss20.0 software was used to randomly divide them into the study group and the control group.The children in the control group were treated by intravenous drip of cefradine.The children in the study group were treated by He Ne laser acupoint irradiation on the basis of cefradine treatment.The changes of peripheral blood WBC,CRP level and shadow diameter of X-ray focus before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the peripheral blood WBC,CRP level and X-ray shadow diameter between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the peripheral blood WBC,CRP level and X-ray shadow diameter in the study group were better than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:He Ne laser acupoint irradiation can improve the therapeutic effect on children with chronic pneumonia.
