摘要
目的:探讨阴道镜检查应用于诊断阴道上皮内瘤变(VAIN)的临床价值。方法:收集2016年1月~2019年1月在福建省妇幼保健院宫颈门诊经阴道镜检查可疑诊断阴道上皮内瘤变患者206例的资料。结果:206例患者中其中阴道镜拟诊低级别阴道上皮内瘤变(LSIL)145例,拟诊高级别阴道上皮内瘤变(HSIL)61例。经活检病理确诊LSIL128例,HSIL56例,炎症22例。阴道镜检查下拟诊LSIL与病理诊断符合率82.8%,拟诊HSIL与病理诊断符合率83.6%。结论:阴道镜检查下定位活检是诊断阴道上皮内瘤变的重要方法。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of colposcopy in the diagnosis of vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia(VAIN).Methods:Data were collected from 206 cases of suspected diagnosis of vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia by colposcopy in the cervical clinic of fujian provincial maternal and child health hospital from January 2016 to January 2019.Results:Among the 206 patients,145 of them were diagnosed with LSIL by colposcope,and 61 were diagnosed with HSIL by colposcope.Biopsy confirmed LSIL128 cases,HSIL56 cases and 22 cases of inflammation.The coincidence rate between LSIL and pathological diagnosis under colposcopy was 82.8%,and that between HSIL and pathological diagnosis was 83.6%.Conclusion:Colposcopy biopsy is an important method to diagnose vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia.
