摘要
对电力巡检智能机器人的工作环境与工作内容,文中设计了一种基于TMS320F2812数字处理器并结合PC104的电力巡检智能机器人。基于该嵌入式控制芯片的电力巡检机器人能够进行各类电力巡检作业,通过其自身携带的各类传感器、高清视频采集器、GPS定位仪、无线远程通信设备等,对电力线路及电力设备进行检测,同时通过大数据库和控制基站进行数据交互。通过在实验室内模拟电力巡检作业环境进行系统联调测试,基本实现了设计目标。
Aiming at the working environment and work content of intelligent electric power patrol robot,an intelligent electric power patrol robot is designed based on TMS320F2812 digital processor and PC104.The power inspection robot based on the embedded control chip can perform various types of power inspection operations.It uses various sensors,high-definition video collector,GPS locator,wireless telecommunication equipment,etc.,to test the power circuit and power equipment,at the same time data interaction is carried out through the large database and control station.By simulating the environment of electric power inspection in the laboratory,the design target is basically achieved.
