摘要
圆弧导轨基座是弯管内表面加工装置的主要承力部件,其结构和刚性决定着装置加工管道内表面时的尺寸和形状精度。考虑到圆弧导轨基座结构的特殊性以及所受的复杂空间外载荷力系,采用基于单纯扭转理论的曲线梁结构力学解法对圆弧导轨基座进行刚度设计,从而得出满足要求的基座截面尺寸与形状;针对其所受的复杂的空间外载荷力系使基座产生弯、扭、剪综合效应从而用理论公式难以校核的问题,利用力平移定理进行简化并建立装置的静力学模型,再用有限元软件Workbench进行极限外载荷工况下刚度与强度校核。经过静力学分析,用上述方法设计出的圆弧导轨基座在极限工况下的刚度与强度均符合要求。
The arc guide base is the main bearing part of inner surface milling device of curved pipes.Its structure and rigidity influence the dimension and shape accuracy of the machined inner surface.Considering the particularity of the arc guide base structure and the complex spatial force loading system,the stiffness design of the circular guide base is carried out by using the structural mechanics of the curved beam based on the simple torsion theory,and the size and shape of the base cross section can be obtained.Because of the complex spatial force system,the bending,torsion and shear effects of the base,it is difficult to check with the theoretical formula.The static model of the device is simplified and established by the force shifting theorem,and then using Workbench to check the stiffness and strength of the external load case.Through static analysis,the stiffness and strength of the arc guide base designed by the above method are in line with the requirements under the limit condition.
