高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T、心肌酶和心电图在手足口病患儿心肌功能判定中的作用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨联合使用高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T(hs-c Tn T)、心肌酶和心电图检测在手足口病患儿的心肌受损程度中的作用。方法 选取2017年9月-2018年8月于本院就诊治疗的138例手足口患儿为手足口病组,并选取同期150例健康儿童作为健康对照组,分析2组对象的血清hs-c Tn T、相关心肌酶的水平和心电图异常的情况。结果 手足口病组的hs-c Tn T、AST、LDH、LDH1、CK和CK-MB水平较健康对照组显著更高(P均<0. 05);手足口病组的hs-c Tn T、AST、LDH、LDH1、CK和CK-MB的异常人数均显著高于健康对照组(P均<0. 05);手足口病组心电图的检查中ST-T改变、传导阻滞、早搏和异位的心动过速的人数均显著高于健康对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P均<0. 05)。结论 联合使用hs-c Tn T、心肌酶和心电图检测在手足口病患儿的心肌功能的判定中具有较好的参考价值,值得在临床上借鉴使用。 Objective To investigate the role of high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T(hs-cTnT),myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram in detecting myocardial damage in children with hand,foot and mouth disease.M ethods A total of 138 children with hand,foot and mouth treated in our hospital from September,2017 to September,2018 were selected.150 healthy children were selected as healthy controls.Serum hs-cTnT and myocardium,enzyme levels and EGG conditions were detected in the two groups.Results The levels of hs-cTnT,AST,LDH,LDH1,CK and CK-MB in the hand,foot and mouth disease group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The abnormalities of hs—cTnT,AST,LDH and LDH1,CK and CK-MB in the hand,foot and mouth disease group were significantly higher than that in the controls(P<0.05).The number of ST-T changes,conduction block,premature beats and ectopic tachycardia in the hand-foot-mouth disease group were significantly higher than the controls,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of hs—cTnT,myocardial enzyme and electrocardiogram detection has a good reference value in the determination of myocardial function in children with hand,foot and mouth disease.It is worthy of reference in clinical practice.
