摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在开腹手术治疗肝癌中的应用及对患者肝功能指标的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月收治的行开腹手术治疗的肝癌患者62例,采用抽签法分为研究组和对照组,每组31例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用人性化护理。观察2组的SCL-90评分以及肝功能指标、满意度评分等。结果研究组SCL-90评分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肝功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组专科护理、病情观察、住院环境、医患沟通满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理是一种安全性、全面性、针对性较高的护理方式,能够有效减少对患者肝功能的损伤,提高患者对护理及相关环境、沟通度、病情观察方面的护理满意度,有效改善SCL-90评分,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To investigate the application of humanistic nursing in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma by open abdomen surgery and its effects on liver function indexes of patients.Methods A total of 62 patients with liver cancer who were admitted and treated by open abdomen surgery in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into two groups by lottery.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in research group were treated by humanistic nursing.The SCL-90 scores,liver function indexes and satisfaction degree scores were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The SCL-90 scores in research group were superiot to those in control group(P<0.05).The liver function indexes in research group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of nursing,disease condition observation,inpatient environment and communication satisfaction degree between doctors and patients in research group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic nursing is a safe,comprehensive and targeted nursing method,which can effectively relieve patients’liver function injury,improve patients’nursing satisfaction degree for nursing and related environment,communication degree and disease condition observation,and effectively improve the SCL-90 score,which is worthy of further application and promotion in clinical practice.
