摘要
民用综合试验船尚为新兴领域,包括电磁兼容性设计等受制于成本及实现难度无法完全套用军用综合试验舰经验。本文以我国首艘民用综合试验船"电科1号"为例,具体针对设备单机电磁兼容性设计、设备安装布置设计、系统布线与供电设计及系统设备频率功率使用管理设计等4个方面对民用综合试验船全船电磁兼容性设计进行分析说明。通过实际应用检验,"电科1号"在未显著增加建造难度及成本的情况下,通过合理设计及优化布局,保障了全船各类电子设备相互影响最小化,为后续同类船舶电磁兼容性设计提供实践参考依据。
The civil comprehensive experimental ship is still in the emerging field. Due to cost and difficulty of implementation, its EMC design can hardly apply the experience from military experimental ships. This article takes Chinese first civil comprehensive experimental ship Dian ke 1 as an example, following the order of: equipment level EMC design, equipment installation layout design, system wiring and power supply design and system level frequency management design, to analysis the EMC design of the civil comprehensive experimental ship. Through a series of actual application test, Dian ke1 has ensured the minimization of the mutual influence of a variety of electronic equipment on board by reasonable designs including separate design of digital ground, analog ground and chassis ground as well as antenna layout optimization.Without significant increase of construction difficulty and cost, Dian ke 1 provides a successful practical reference for the subsequent EMC design of similar ships.
