摘要 首先选取并验证了舰船模型,对其模型进行简化,选择中部三舱段有限元模型,应用非线性显式动力学软件Dytran对三舱段模型内部爆炸过程进行数值模拟,并通过计算拟合出Pressure和时间、距离的公式,将其作为静载施加到爆炸舱室的板架结构上进行计算,模拟出舰船舱室在内部爆炸载荷作用下舰船结构的动态响应。最后将简化前后的计算结果进行对比分析,通过各个参数计算的结果判断内爆载荷简化计算方法的可行性,对以后爆炸载荷的简化计算具有重要参考价值。 Firstly, the ship model is selected and validated, and its model is simplified. The three-compartment finite element model in the middle of the ship is selected. The internal explosion process of the three-compartment model is simulated by nonlinear explicit dynamics software Dytran, and the Pressure, time and distance formulas are fitted by calculation,which are applied to the explosion as static load. The dynamic response of ship structure under internal explosion load is simulated by calculating the plate structure of the explosion chamber. Finally, the calculation results before and after simplification are compared and analyzed, and the feasibility of simplified calculation method of implosion load is judged by the calculation results of various parameters, which has important reference value for simplified calculation of explosion load in the future.
