摘要
目的总结新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者的临床特征及治疗方法。方法对2020年1月20日至2月7日宁波市鄞州人民医院收治的11例COVID-19患者的临床特征、实验室检查、影像学检查及治疗方案进行分析。结果11例患者中,1例为武汉当地人右例直接与武汉当地人接触,其余4例为上述病例的密切接触者。主要临床症状为发热、咳嗽、咳痰及咽痛,可伴有纳差、恶心呕吐、头痛及腹泻。病程中有白细胞下降,淋巴细胞比例下降转氨酶升高,白蛋白及前白蛋白水平降低,CD8阳性的T细胞比例轻度升高等。经a-干扰素注射液雾化、洛匹那韦利托那韦片联合盐酸阿比多尔片、中药抗病毒治疗,以及抗炎、营养支持等治疗,所有患者症状均缓解,未进展为重症病例。结论加强对COVID-19临床特征及诊疗方案的认识,正确评估患者,尽早隔离及治疗,严密观察各项症状及并发症,对危重症患者早期识别,早期干预,有利于改善患者的症状及预后。
Objective To summarize the clinical features and therapy methods on patients with COVID-19 in Ningbo Yinzhou People’s Hospital.Methods To analyze the clinical characteristics,laboratory examination,imaging examination and treatment methods of 11 patients with COVID-19.Results Among 11 cases,one case was a local person of Wuhan city,and six cases had been to Wuhan or closely contacted with Wuhan citizen,while four cases were family members of the patients diagnosed.The patients had sevaral main clinical symptoms,including fever,cough,expectoration,pharyngalgia,inappetence,nausea and vomiting,headache and diarrhea.White blood cell count,ratio of lymphocyte,albumin and proalbumin decreased,while the aminopherase and CD8^+cell count increased.The clinical symptoms and related laboratory features both improved by using interferon,lopina-velitonavir,Chinese traditional medicine and nutrient therapy.Conclusions It is important to strengthen the understanding of the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment methods of COVID-19.For the potential infectious patients,it is important to detect,isolat as soon as possible and to closely observe various symptoms and complications.The erlier detection and evaluation play a crucial role in the severe cases.The prognosis would improved by timely medical care.
