摘要
多工位精密铸件自动打磨系统采用台达EH3系列PLC控制伺服电机运行,从而精确控制铣刀运行轨迹完成精密铸件轮廓的铣削,去除精密铸件的浇口和飞边。详细介绍了一种通过工位转换并准确定位实现多工位铸件打磨的系统。系统通过在触屏上选择不同的产品型号,完成不同型号产品的铣削打磨,自动化程度高,应用范围广。
The automatic grinding system of multi-station precision castings uses Delta EH3 series PLC to control the operation of servo motor,so as to precisely control the milling cutter trajectory to complete the milling of precision castings contour and remove the gate and flash of the precision castings.In this paper,a multi-station grinding system for castings is introduced in detail,which is realized by position conversion and accurate positioning.By choosing different product models on the touch screen,the system can finish milling and grinding of different products with high degree of automation and wide application range.
